When a tooth is broken or needs to be restored, but has less than 40% of its own structure, ceramic inlays are recommended. They are much stronger and are custom made to fit your tooth.
Porcelain Crowns
When you are missing one or more than 60% of the tooth structure and there is not much left for a filling to hold onto, a crown is the ideal treatment. It is a handmade tooth that is cemented to the base of your original tooth that should look, function and feel like a real tooth in your mouth.
